You won&#039;t be able to get 100% of the $65K unless you already have a refinance option in place for something closer to $100K, or if the $100K value is based on the Debt Service Coverage Ratio. Either way, in most cases, lenders want you to bring in some cash, more than just fees. Fees can be rolled into the loan amount.</description>

(Also rental guarantee from goverment for 5 years with 4-5 times more return than mortgage payment).</description>
